A must read if you have little ones!!!
Raising little ones is no easy task!! In today’s world trying to instill confidence and self esteem in them is even harder!! This cute little book can help get your child to talk about how he sees himself or herself so you can help them navigate their feelings!! The activities and coloring pages are an added bonus!! I certainly hope there will be other Rexy “life lessons” in the future! I’ll be buying them too!!
Highly recommended from a Dad and his 6-year-old daughter
I bought this for my 6-year-old daughter. After reading the book together, I could tell my daughter enjoyed it by the way she was affectionately referring to Rexy. What I personally enjoyed the most, though, are the revealing conversations we had that were sparked by the exercises at the end of the book. Self-confidence is something all of us could use more of.
Adorable & boosts self confidence
My kids loved Rexy and definitely blossomed thinking of what was special about themselves. Everyone ended story time feeling good about themselves.
Perfect book for kids!
We love this book! My 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son had me read “Rexy” not once but twice as soon as we received it in the mail! Not only are the illustrations awesome but the rhyming make it so fun to listen to as well. Best part are the activities at the end of the book that help you have a conversation with your kids that helps them reflect on what they love about themselves and things that they are proud of! Our 5 year old daughter is extremely shy to the point where she gets anxious when she feels people looking at her or complimenting her and this book helped to reinforce the self confidence we are trying to teach her at home. This book is a must buy!!
Cutest story about dinosaurs and self confidence!
My kids 2 and 4 love this book. The story is unique and creative and gives both adults and kids that “ooo!” moment when you realize the lesson. Great gift or addition to your own library!
